Mobile ZAC allows remote and mobile employees to manage business communications while utilizing the same tools as Zultys Advanced Communicator (ZAC) and our browser-based Web ZAC. We bring significant cost savings and reliability to our customers by including our mobile app with every user bundle for every Zultys system.

Mobile ZAC is supported on systems running MX version Release 17 and above. Access to the latest capabilities requires MX Release 19.

• Department Filtering: Filter the company contact list by department or sub-department and hide system services like auto attendants and call groups to reach the right people faster.
• iOS Recents Integration: Mobile ZAC calls appear in the native iOS Phone app Recents tab with callback support, and users can start calls directly from external apps such as Contacts or Mail using Mobile ZAC as the dialer.
• Feature Enhancements: This update displays more caller details for voicemail messages, improves handling of landscape orientations, provides the ability to copy SMS in chats, and offers better conference sorting. 2.0 09/24/2025 This update includes performance improvements and new functionality:
• Single Sign-On (SSO) Support: Users can log into Mobile ZAC and connected apps using a single set of credentials, eliminating the need to juggle multiple passwords or perform repeated logins.
• Silent Reconnect Notifications: The “Reconnect” push notification has been updated to be silent, minimizing interruptions while maintaining reliability. 1.4 05/15/2025 This update includes several performance enhancements for faster load times and responsiveness as you move throughout the application, as well as the following maintenance fixes:
• The interface to select roles when sending outbound SMS now only appears when the user is assigned with at least one agent role that has SMS enabled.

• MMS: Send and receive texts with attached pictures, videos, and audio clips.
• Ongoing Conferences: Create a conference room with a persistent ID for flexible, anytime meetings.
• Restore Deleted Voicemails: Easily recover deleted voicemails or delete them permanently.
